Delivery and Pricing Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details (if you have provided your correct email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

THE Shed Company offers only Local Dealer Pickup.

Local Dealer Pickup

Delivery is FREE for pickup at one of your local THE Shed Company dealers or any of these commercial freight company depots. However some locations may not have a forklift or crane suitable for loading onto your vehicle and charges may apply. It is imperative that you collect your purchased items using a vehicle suited to the size and weight of your purchase. THE Shed Company cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to a vehicle which is deemed inappropriate for the size and weight of the product. THE Shed Company cannot be held responsible for any failure to comply with applicable road laws.

When placing a Local Dealer Pickup order online, all you have to do is nominate the Dealer you would like to pick your order up from by following the prompts and then complete the checkout process.

A team member from your nominated Dealer location will contact you via phone when your order is ready to be picked up. When collecting your order from the store, please bring your Order Confirmation and valid ID for confirmation of purchase.

Delivery Times

Generally deliveries will take place within 15 working days (if not sooner). This will depend on the location of the delivery and the level of stock. Please note:

• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

• Delivery timeframes may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to provide the most up-to-date information of your order or contact you if circumstances change. A team member will contact you via your phone number as listed in your contact details. Please ensure your contact details are correct and up to date. If a team member has not contacted you by the expected date, please contact our Customer Support Department on (07) 5574 3666.

• Should you be unable to collect or accept delivery of your purchase on time, a storage fee may apply.

Pricing Policy

All of our prices on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (10%). GST will be shown on every invoice and our invoice complies with the New Tax System Legislation.

Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
