Refunds and Returns Policy

 

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision, as most of our products are specifically manufactured to your design and/or cut to your requirements.

 

However, on all Absco products, you may return most new, unopened items, at your cost, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

 

All products must be returned in their original condition. All freight and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer. We recommend that you return the product via courier. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage of the goods during transit; therefore we advise you to take out shipping insurance with your courier provider. THE Shed Company will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
