Once you’ve submitted your quote request, our team will review your requirements and contact you to confirm any further details we might need to prepare your quote. These discussions will typically include the service(s) we can provide and or connect you with to achieve your desired outcomes.

After you’ve accepted your shed quote, we’ll guide you through the next steps. This includes choosing your colours, confirming delivery details, completing any variations paperwork, and making your deposit payments in stages. Once everything is in place, and all parties are ready to get the kit ordered and a delivery date set, we’ll schedule your shed for manufacture.

In most cases, yes. The need for approval depends on the size of your shed and its location, and this process must be completed before construction begins. We will assist you by providing the technical information you will need to include in your application for Council approval*.

*We do not arrange Council approvals. 

For a kit with site delivery, our supply partner will deliver to the designated address. The driver must have clear access to the building site, ideally within some proximity to the building pad. Before delivery, make sure your site is prepared and there’s space for unloading. Proper storage of your kit is also important to protect the materials and keep everything in good condition until installation.

Your shed will arrive as a kit with detailed plans and construction manuals. A licensed builder or suitably qualified and competent persons will need to assemble and install the building on site to the specification detailed in the certified engineering plans. If you’d like help with installation, we’re happy to connect you with trusted local builders—like Great Southern Homes—who are fully licensed (license #BC50814) and independent. Please note, all building and installation work is managed directly by your chosen builder under a separate agreement.
