1. Eligibility
1.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
1.2 Employees, franchisees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
1.3 By entering, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotional Period
2.1 The promotion starts at 02/01/2026 00:01 AEST and closes at 28/02/2026 24:00 AEST.
2.2 Eligible orders must be placed within the promotional period to qualify.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, customers must place an Eligible Order with The Shed Company for a steel building kit during the promotional period. An Eligible Order is one that meets all of the following requirements:
a. All required contract documentation has been completed and returned, including the purchase agreement, colour selections, delivery instructions, and any variations to the contract.
b. Payment of 60% of the quoted price has been made, with cleared funds received by The Shed Company before the promotional period closes.
c. All conditions of the purchase agreement have been satisfied, including (where applicable) obtaining council approval and complying with any other requirements necessary for The Shed Company to proceed to manufacturing.
3.2 One (1) entry will be automatically allocated for each Eligible Order placed.
3.3 Any order that is cancelled or refunded for any reason will be deemed ineligible, and the associated entry will be forfeited and removed from the draw. The Winner is eligible for the prize when the quoted price is received in full.
3.4 There is no additional cost to enter the promotion other than the purchase of an Eligible Order.
4. Number of Entries
4.1 Multiple entries permitted, provided each entry corresponds to a separate eligible order.
5. Prize
5.1 Prize: One (1) The Shed Company Studio Shed kit 9.8m² Skillion Design valued at AUD $5,500 including GST.
5.2 The prize is only the supply of the shed kit. The prize winner is responsible for all other associated costs, including but not limited to the delivery, site works, concrete slab, construction, labour, equipment, permits and any additional upgrades.
5.3 Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
5.4 The winner may customise colours within standard core colours available from the manufacturing depot.
6. Draw Details
6.1 A random draw will take place at 100/237 Scottsdale Drive, Robina, QLD 4226 on 02/03/2026 09:00 using an approved drawing system.
6.2 An independent scrutineer will be present where required by applicable regulations.
6.3 The winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.
6.4 The winner’s first initial, surname, and State/Territory will be published on theshedcompany.com.au on 05/03/2026.
7. Unclaimed Prize
7.1 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not accept, or is unable to take the prize within three (3) months of notification, the prize will be redrawn.
7.2 Any unclaimed prize redraw will take place at the same location on 02/06/2026 09:00, with the redraw winner notified and published as per section 6.
8. Verification
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entry validity, including proof of purchase and identity.
8.2 The Promoter may disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process or breach these Terms.
9. ACT + NSW Additional Conditions
9.1 The draw must be conducted in accordance with the conditions of the relevant ACT and NSW permits.
9.2 Records of entries and winner details will be retained for a minimum of 12 months for compliance audit purposes.
9.3 The Promoter will ensure the prize is awarded in accordance with these Terms and applicable lottery laws.
9.4 The Promoter will provide a NSW Fair Trading notification of any cancellation, delay, or changes to prize distribution where required.
10. Prize Use & Limitations
10.1 The prize winner is responsible for all other associated costs, including but not limited to the delivery, site works, concrete slab, construction, labour, equipment, permits and any additional upgrades.
11. Privacy
11.1 Personal information will be collected and used for the purposes of administering the promotion and as required by permits and regulations.

12. Liability
12.1 Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of the promotion or the prize.
12.2 The Promoter does not guarantee entry availability if systems are delayed or disrupted.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. General
13.1 The Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if it cannot be conducted as intended due to interference or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13.2 All decisions of the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
